Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue Walkthrough

Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue is the introductory chapter of the Sift Heads: Street Wars series, itself an offshoot of the Sift Heads series of assassin games. Unlike the other Sift Heads games, Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue is a shooting game and features isometric graphics.

Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue once again puts you in the role of Vinnie. There is a storyline to this shooting game, but if you wish to focus on the action, you can skip the cutscenes and get right to the shooting! Your objective is to survive and gun down the opposing mafia members. Your progress is saved at the end of each level, so you can continue from where you left off the next time that you play this shooting game.

Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue uses a control scheme that most shooting game players will be able to pick up quickly. The arrow keys or WASD keys are used to move your character. You may hold the shift key while moving to run. The mouse is used to aim and to shoot. You may switch weapons by using the number keys (1-5). Weapons are automatically reloaded when empty, but you may press the R key to manually reload if you wish. The spacebar is used to draw and holster your weapons.

Although the gameplay of Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue differs from that of the original Sift Heads games, it is still a good idea to aim for the heads of your enemies since body shots are still ineffective. Be sure to use quick bursts when firing to maintain accuracy. Holding down the mouse button for rapid fire may work close in, but at longer ranges it is a waste of ammunition.

Sift Heads: Street Wars Prologue is a great preview of what is to come in Sift Heads: Street Wars. Although this shooting game is a demo, it is still action-packed and loads of fun!
